My chibi version of Jinx from teen Titans!
...I still think Raven's the best chibi I ever made...plus, I hate her background... I hate making backgrounds!!! I can only appreciate Jinx's glowing hands and eyes. The only problem is that I don't even know how I made them glow!!!
Notes: This is the first time I've made anything glow properly in Photoshop.
